First off if anyone from CCP sends you a message don't ever post what they said or is, that can lead to perma ban.
Yes CCP will let you change your name, and you can't have a name starting with gm, ccp Ect. Or you will get this message |

I applied to the Imperfects but got rejected because I made a joke on the application. After they googled the concept of humor they determined it must be a clear indicator that I was a spai.
